Who We Are
NovoMel was founded in 1994, by Beatriz Pamplona, PhD. She created NovoMel to give her 3 boys the highest quality honey to enjoy.
NovoMel uses technology & innovation to provide customers with healthy, delicious honeybee products from the Brazilian rainforest’s unique flora.
Brazil is one of the world’s best sources of honey, thanks to its biodiversity and the sustainable practices many farmers and beekeepers work hard to apply. Our mission at NovoMel is to help them achieve this and preserve the rainforest.
Our high-level production and strict quality control enable us to supply luxury hotels, restaurants, drugstores, and supermarkets in countries such as the U.S., China, Canada, France, Mexico, Egypt, and Angola.
